Bible Class To The Nations ("BCTN," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing high-quality biblical teaching resources that serve believers around the world.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital resources are generally final.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

• eBooks

• Bible Study Guides

• Worksheets

• Memory Guides

• Reading Plans

• Certificate Program materials

• Other downloadable resources

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or made available for access, it cannot be returned.

For this reason, refunds are generally not available for digital products.

2. Exceptions for Digital Products

We may consider a refund or replacement if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.

• You received the wrong digital product.

• The file is permanently corrupted or cannot be downloaded due to a verified issue on our website.

• We are unable to provide the purchased resource.

Whenever possible, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by:

• Providing a new download link.

• Replacing the damaged file.

• Correcting the order.

• Providing technical assistance.

3. Protected Digital Resources

Many of our digital publications include copyright protection features such as:

• Watermarks

• Ownership markings

• Restrictions on printing

• Restrictions on copying

• Restrictions on editing

• Other document security measures

These protections are intentional and are not considered product defects.

Refund requests based solely on the presence of these security features will not be approved.

4. Physical Products

If you purchase a printed book or other physical product, you may contact us if:

• The wrong item was shipped.

• The item arrives significantly damaged.

• The product contains a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

Photographs of the product and packaging may be requested to help us evaluate the issue.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Bible Class To The Nations.

6. Manual Payments

Customers using MTN MoMo or Orange Money should carefully verify the payment amount before completing their transaction.

Refunds will not be issued for payments sent to the wrong number due to customer error.

If a payment issue occurs, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the matter.

7. Donations and Ministry Partnerships

Donations and ministry partnership contributions are voluntary gifts that support the work of Bible Class To The Nations.

Unless required by applicable law or approved under exceptional circumstances, donations are generally non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellations

Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered or made available for download.

Physical product orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once a physical order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
